Staffed catering functions

We require 1-2 weeks’ notice for any staffed catering events and functions. If you have a last minute event come up, please contact the catering manager on 0402 179 993.

For catering functions a 50% deposit needs to be paid to lock in the date. Final payment needs to be paid 72hours before the day of the event.

7 days’ notice needs to be given for any changes for starting/finishing times of the event

Minimum staff hire is 4hours including set up, service and pack down. Travel time can be added to staff hours if location is over a 30min drive.

Cancellations for catering functions and events –

If a catering event is cancelled within 1 week notice, 50% of the total invoice will be charged.

If a catering event is cancelled within 72hours, 100% of the invoice will be charged.

Delivery or pick up only catering

All invoices need to be confirmed by 48hours, no changes to be made after this time.

Cancellation policy

If catering is cancelled 24hrs before, 50% of the total invoice will be charged.

If catering is cancelled on the same day 100% of the invoice will be charged
